4A. Client Portal Access
Lexmore provides a secure Client Portal at lexmore.co.uk/portal to clients engaged under a signed letter of engagement. By using the portal, you agree to the following additional terms:
- Authorised use only: Portal credentials are personal and must not be shared. Access is granted solely to named individuals authorised by Lexmore.
- Two-factor authentication: You must complete email-based verification each time you log in on an untrusted device. If you choose to trust a device, you accept responsibility for access from that device.
- Accuracy of data: You are responsible for ensuring information you input into the portal (including financial data, project descriptions, and company details) is accurate and not misleading.
- Document uploads: Files uploaded to the portal are stored on Microsoft SharePoint within Lexmore's tenancy. You must not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Referrals: Referral introductions submitted via the portal must be made in good faith with the knowledge of the individual being introduced.
- Session security: Lexmore may terminate or invalidate your portal session at any time for security or operational reasons.
Portal access is subject to Lexmore's Engagement Letter and this Terms of Service. Lexmore reserves the right to suspend or remove access at any time.
4B. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Technology-Assisted Systems
Lexmore Tax Advisory Ltd may utilise artificial intelligence, machine learning and other technology-assisted systems in connection with the operation of this Website and the provision of its services. Such systems may be used for document analysis, content generation, administrative support, data processing and service delivery.
Where such systems are used, appropriate security, confidentiality and data protection measures will be applied in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4C. No Client Relationship
Use of this Website, submission of an enquiry, download of any resource, attendance at any meeting or use of the Client Portal shall not create a client-adviser relationship between you and Lexmore Tax Advisory Ltd.
A client relationship will only arise when a formal Letter of Engagement has been agreed and accepted by both parties.
