Your Tax Relief Partners
Research & Development, Patent Box & Employee Ownership Trusts
We help businesses assess their eligibility and access valuable tax relief, enabling them to reinvest with confidence.
Careful review and audit of every claimClear and transparent processNo fee until the relief is receivedSupport if HMRC opens an enquiry
These core values drive everything we do and ensure exceptional results for our clients.
We are in this for the long term, not just the submission date. The people you meet at the outset are the people who prepare your claim, so you will not have to explain your business again each year. That continuity matters because the decisions that shape what you can claim are usually made long before the return is filed.
You will always know what we are doing, why we are doing it and what it costs. We explain how we arrived at your claim value, where careful judgement has been required and why we have taken the approach we have. No surprises at the end, in either direction.
We put our name to our work and take responsibility for the advice we give. Every claim is prepared to a standard we can stand behind. We can explain every recommendation, show how we reached it and, if anything needs revisiting, we deal with it.
If we do not believe we can help, we will tell you plainly and early, before you spend money finding out. If the likely outcome is less than you hoped, we will tell you that too. We would rather lose a fee than recommend something we do not believe is right for you.

For financial periods starting on or after 1 April 2024
Enter your best estimate of spend on qualifying R&D activity. This is not your total development, engineering or project budget.
Qualifying spend covers only the staff time, contracted-out R&D, externally provided workers, consumables, software, data licence and cloud costs attributable to work that sought a scientific or technological advance. Most companies overestimate this figure before a technical review, so treat whatever this produces as an upper bound rather than a target.
For periods beginning on or after 1 April 2024, overseas contracted-out R&D and externally provided worker costs are generally restricted. Limited exceptions apply where necessary conditions cannot reasonably be replicated in the UK; lower costs or overseas worker availability alone are not enough.
